CT-6 Tactical Leg Traction Splint

Having used this on a training exercise, the rigid frame kept the leg perfectly aligned during transport over rough terrain. Set up was intuitive even under pressure, and the straps held snug without cutting off circulation. Definitely a solid piece of kit for any medic bag.

The ratcheting mechanism on this splint locks the traction in tight without any slipping, which is exactly what I needed for a femur fracture call last month. It's compact enough to strap onto my go bag and deployed in under a minute in the field.

Packed for a training exercise last week and was impressed by how quickly the CT-6 deployed under pressure. The rigid frame held firm while I practiced applying traction, which gave me confidence it'll work in a real emergency.
