QuikClot Z-Fold شاش قتالي معبأ بتفريغ هوائي - XL

The XL size is a real upgrade for thigh or junction wounds—the extra gauze length meant I could pack and hold pressure without fumbling for a second roll. The vacuum pack kept it flat and rigid in my med kit, and the Z-fold unspooled exactly as expected under stress.

Unpacked it and the vacuum-sealed compression makes it easy to stash in a trauma kit without taking up much room. Took a few tries to get the Z-fold open smoothly, but once I did, the XL length gave me way more coverage for a thigh wound than I expected. Feels solid, exactly what you want in a worst

The XL size actually covers a lot more wound area than the standard roll I’ve used before, and the vacuum pack makes it stiff and easy to slide into a pocket. Took it on a weekend hike just to test the carry, and it didn’t add any bulk to my kit.
