Practicing the cricothyroidotomy incision feels surprisingly realistic—the layered tissue resists just enough before the blade punctures through. It's held up well to repeated cuts so far, which makes it worth the price for lab sessions.

The silicone airway tissue gives just enough resistance to feel like you’re working through real layers, and the removable neck piece makes cleanup between practice sessions a breeze. I’ve run through the cricothyrotomy steps maybe a dozen times now and it’s held up perfectly.

I was really impressed with how realistic the neck tissue feels when practicing the incision—it gives a much better sense of resistance than the old dummy we used in class. The trachea is also clearly marked, which helped me confirm my placement each time.
