I've been keeping mine attached to the sun visor in my car for about a week now, and it's genuinely nice to grab a bandage without digging through the glovebox. The mounting system holds it firmly in place even when I'm grabbing it one-handed, and the whole thing stays out of my line of sight.

The hook-and-loop strap is surprisingly sturdy, so the pouch hasn't budged on my sun visor even over rough roads. Tucked my EpiPen and a few bandages in there, and grabbing them mid-drive takes one second. Exactly the kind of hands-free convenience I didn't know I needed.

I was skeptical about keeping meds on my visor, but this pouch is surprisingly sturdy and the mounting setup holds it firmly even on bumpy roads. Being able to grab my allergy pills without digging through the glovebox has been a lifesaver on morning commutes.
