Practicing on this trainer before my first aid course made the real gauze application feel way less intimidating, and the texture is close enough to the real thing to build proper muscle memory. I can already pack a wound cavity faster and with more confidence.

Practicing with this trainer made me feel way more prepared for a real emergency, and the texture of the gauze feels close enough to the real thing to build muscle memory. It’s compact and easy to stash in a first-aid kit, so I’ve already run through the packing motion five times in the last week.
