After fumbling with paper tags during a mass casualty drill, this light was a lifesaver for quick patient sorting. The battery lasts through a full shift and the clip holds securely to any uniform pocket.

The triage light has become a permanent part of my trauma bag after a few shifts. It clips on securely and the light is bright enough to tag patients fast without fumbling around in a dark rig.

The clip on the back actually holds onto a lanyard without slipping, which matters when you're moving fast between patients. Being able to switch between the different light modes one-handed is the part I didn't know I needed until I used it.
