Polar Skin アイスシート - 標準サイズ

I've been keeping one in the fridge for after my evening walks, and the standard size is just right for draping over my neck or forehead. The cold stays consistent for a good chunk of time, and it's honestly become part of my nightly routine now.

These are the first cold packs I've actually finished using—the standard size covers my whole shoulder without shifting around. They stay cold for a solid twenty minutes, which is just right for a quick cooldown after work.

I've been reaching for these ice sheets every evening after work—the standard size covers my shoulders perfectly without sliding off. The cold stays consistent for a good while, which makes the whole routine feel effortless.
