TrueClot® Tourniquet Trainer Simulator

The silicone insert gives a satisfyingly realistic pop when you hit the right placement, which makes training drills actually feel high-stakes. I’ve been able to run through dozens of reps without wearing out the material. It’s a solid investment for anyone serious about staying sharp.

The cuff design makes it easy to practice proper placement without fumbling, and the realistic texture adds to the training experience. I’ve used it several times already, and it holds up well during repeated use. Really helps build confidence with the technique.

Finally, a trainer that actually bleeds when you crank the windlass—makes practicing under pressure feel way more real. The reusable clotting compound is a nice touch, keeps the cost down for repeated drills.
