Got it into my chest rig and staged it exactly how I run my kit; the internal layout makes grabbing a chest seal or tourniquet quick without fumbling around. The whole thing sits flat enough that it doesn't interfere with my plate carrier, which is a big deal for daily wear. Solid choice for anyone

The stitching and molle webbing feel solid enough for rough handling, and everything sits flat against my vest without snagging. I’ve already reorganized mine twice and the layout just makes sense for quick access when your hands are shaking.

Packed it for a field exercise and the whole kit stayed secure in my rucksack, everything I needed was right where I expected. The pouch is rugged enough to take a beating and the organized interior makes grabbing a dressing in the dark actually doable.
