We used this during a mock mass-casualty drill and the poleless design made it so much faster to set up than the framed litter we'd been using. It folds down compact enough to stash behind the seat, which sold me. Solid piece of rescue gear.

Kept this in the truck for our rescue team and the poleless design makes it so much quicker to set up than the old frame style. Folds flat enough to stash behind the seat without taking up much room. Solid piece of gear for the price.

Used it during a training exercise and the poleless design made moving a patient way easier in tight spaces. It folds down small enough to tuck behind the seat of our truck, which is exactly what I needed for a medical kit. Solid construction too, no flex when we loaded weight onto it.
