Matthew ★★★★★

Bought this for our SAR team's stock and the oversized deck makes a real difference when you're strapping in someone bigger or dealing with bulky gear. It's built heavy but that's exactly what I wanted for emergency use.

Edward ★★★★★

Used it on a backcountry call last weekend and the extra surface area made a real difference stabilizing a larger patient. The material held up fine over rocky ground, no tearing or flex issues. Packs down heavier than our standard litter, but for rescue work that tradeoff is worth it.

Brian ★★★★☆

The extra surface area really helps when a patient's got a pack or splint on, nothing hangs off the edge. Only gripe is it's bulky to stow in a tight truck compartment, but that's the trade-off for the size.
