The wound entry points are deep enough to pack gauze properly, which makes drills feel way more legit. My team’s used it three times this week for scenario training, and the torso stays stable even when we’re moving it around.

The skin texture on this manikin holds up surprisingly well under repeated probing, and the wound cavity is sized just right for practicing pressure packing. I’ve run through several scenarios with my team and it’s held its shape without tearing.

The wound channels are deep enough that students actually pause and rethink their pressure dressing technique, which is exactly what you want in a training sim. Setup was quick and the torso holds up well to repeated needle decompressions without falling apart.
