NAR ELITE Litter - Responder XL

Folded up it's compact enough to stash in the trunk, but once deployed the whole frame feels rock-solid under load. We used it to move a 200-pound teammate during a drill and the handles gave us a secure grip the entire way.

The straps sit snug against the shoulders without digging in, even with a full load. I've hauled this over uneven ground a few times now and the rigid frame keeps the patient stable the whole way.

The fold-down handles make it easy to grab from the ground, and the whole rig breaks down to a compact size that fits neatly in our unit's storage bag. We've used it on two extractions this month and it's held up without any wobble or sagging.
