I’ve been using this to run through tourniquet application drills, and the realistic wound texture really helps build muscle memory. It holds up well to repeated use without tearing or losing shape.

The texture of the wound site is impressively realistic, which made our trauma drills feel much more genuine. My students could actually practice proper wound packing and pressure application without the mess of a live simulation. Absolutely worth it for any medical training program.
