Setup took barely any time and the whole thing feels solid enough to toss in a bag without worrying. I've used it three times this week for drills and the controlled resistance really helps me focus on form instead of just rushing through reps.

The controlled-setting practice has been perfect for drilling my routine without any real-world pressure. I appreciate how the compact design lets me set it up and break it down in under a minute, which keeps my sessions consistent.

It’s not flashy, but for controlled practice it does exactly what it’s supposed to. The build feels solid enough for repeated sessions, though I wish it came with a small carry pouch for storage. Still, it’s earned a permanent spot in my training kit.
